Certificates

The "Certificates" module enables users to create standardized certificate formats with placeholders for variable data. This simplifies certificate generation by automatically populating these templates with relevant information, ensuring accuracy and consistency in certificate issuance.

Steps to Use:

1. Accessing the Certificates Module:
Log in to the system and navigate to the "Certificates" module.

2. Creating a New Certificate Template:

  1. Click on the option to create a new certificate template.
  2. Specify the type of certificate for which the template will be created (e.g., achievement certificate, participation certificate).

3. Adding Template Name:
Within the template creator, add the certificate details like Certificate File Name, Certificate Folder, Expiry Period in days, and so on.

4. Customizing the Certificates:
Customize the layout, design elements, and formatting of the certificate template according to your preferences.

5. Saving the Certificate Template:
Once the template is finalized, save it with a descriptive name for easy identification.

6. Previewing and Editing:
Make any necessary edits or adjustments to the document content if required.
