Canteen

The Canteen module is designed to streamline and manage activities related to the provision and distribution of items within a canteen setting. It offers three primary tabs: Item Wise, Staff Wise, and History.

Dashboard

Steps:

  • Click on Operation.
  • After that, show a menu with drop-down options, and select Canteen
  • Canteen will be shown as below:

Item Wise Tab:
Allows users to select, checkbox, and accept items into the system. Date-wise filtering options enhance the ability to track and manage item records efficiently.

Staff Wise Tab:
Presents a comprehensive report of canteen records organized by staff members. Users can filter records based on staff details.

History Tab:
Maintains a detailed history of all open and accepted items, providing essential information such as item name, quantity, staff member, and acceptance status. Additionally, it displays assigned canteen category records for effective categorization.

  • On click of the View icon, users can view canteen details.
